Invitation to Subcontractors for Florida Turkish Center Built-out
The Turkish Center "Turkevi", which has 3369 Sq. Ft. interior tenant built-out construction area, is scheduled to start as soon as building permit is obtained. We already have a general contractor (GC) donated his service.
We are now looking for the subcontractors for the following trades
1) HVAC, 2) Electrical, 3) Plumbing, 4) Interior Finishes
The subcontractors will be directly responsible to GC. The qualifications for the subcontractors are as following;
1) Valid license (State registered or certified)
2) General liability insurance (min. $300,000)
3) Experience of at least 5(five) similar size projects, with written references
Anyone interested in donating their service and materials is welcome too.
